Orders may be fulfilled from our applicable warehouse or fulfillment location depending on the destination and product ordered.

2. Processing and Shipping Time
Our standard estimated shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping time begins after your order has been successfully processed and dispatched. Some orders may require additional processing time before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs procedures, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it appears damaged, photograph the packaging and product and contact support@healthybiker.shop as soon as possible.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

For bicycles and larger bike products, customers should retain the packaging until they have confirmed that the product arrived safely and is complete.

8. International Orders and Customs
Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges will be handled according to the shipping and tax terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
